The 5th-8th grade is hosting a night of student presentations and a Thanksgiving feast on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 5:30-7:00. The night will start with an hour of student presentations, followed by a Thanksgiving feast.   Please bring your favorite Thanksgiving food (enough to serve 6-8 people). Winter is coming!

Highlights: The whole school had a wonderful time watching the African dancers.  The leaders were from Ghana, and the group was based out of Boulder.  They sang, drummed and danced.  They surprised us by bringing a few of the Ks up to dance with them in front of the whole school.  Then the teachers all got up and danced!  The K-4 had a chance to learn a dance and then the 5-8.  It was so…

Happy Snowy Friday!

We excitedly welcomed the snow back to our Woody Creek mesa this week! Kids are building huge snowmen, tummy-sledding like happy little penguins, and spreading their smiles as far as the eye can see. We’ve been enjoying lots of transformational happiness inside of our classroom as well.
