Love, rescued animals, and books!

This past week was a blast! Our week started out ruff…not rough, but ruff! New Project: Students tried to decipher clues leading to our next PBL Project.  Clues included Taryn wearing her mom’s veterinarian scrubs, reading books about shelter animals, and a visit by a special rescued dog…Hazel’s dog, Stella!  We discovered that our next PBL project is to learn about animal shelters and their purpose.  We got started right away by researching what types […]

Hands on learning, art, and performances!

Hi everyone! Another busy and fun-filled week is in the books! This last week was busy with lots of artwork for a special project we are making. Additionally, the 1st and 2nd graders preformed Spanish holiday songs at All School Meeting.
